Getting Them In Is Only Half the Work
An invitation brings someone through the door. A genuine sense of belonging is what makes them stay.
People don't stay where they only pay dues. They stay where they find purpose, friendship, and the chance to matter. That means welcoming new members warmly, connecting them with others, involving them early, and making sure they know their contribution counts.
A Simple Challenge This Membership Month
Stop asking: "How can the club get more members?"
Start asking: "Who do I know that would make a great Rotarian?"
One conversation. One invitation. One new member who brings ideas, relationships, and energy we didn't have before.
That is how we grow, not by chasing numbers, but by genuinely believing that the right people, brought together around a shared purpose, can change communities.
